Implementation Team
The Settlement Agreement for the Boardman River Dams established an Implementation Team to determine the disposition of the Sabin, Boardman and Brown Bridge Dams.
The team consists of representatives from the parties to the agreement:
- Michigan Department of Natural Resources
- Michigan Department of Environmental Quality
- United States Department of Interior Fish and Wildlife Service
- Grand Traverse County
- City of Traverse City
- Traverse City Light and Power
- Michigan Hydro Relicensing Coalition
- Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians
