Preliminary Restoration Plan
The Preliminary Restoration Plan (PRP) is required by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) for the project to be eligible for USACE funding. The PRP outlines issues involving the dams and recommends a course of action. Finalized July, 2006.
