Settlement Agreement
This Settlement was negotiated among the Parties (Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Michigan Department of Environmental Quality, United States Department of Interior Fish and Wildlife Service, Grand Traverse County, the City of Traverse City, Traverse City Light and Power, the Michigan Hydro Relicensing Coalition, and the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians) to facilitate the decommissioning and disposition of the Boardman River Dams. May 2005.
